Bible Study - The Promise Is to You
The words, "The Promise Is to You," are taken from the first message ever preached about the Savior. No matter who you are, or what you do, God has made you a promise on how you can become one of His children. Years ago, tragedy came to a family circus act which performed high above the crowd. Although they had performed the act many times before, this time they fell and some were killed. Just a few days later the rest of the family was back performing. When asked, "Why?" they had come back, the leader said, "To perform is life, all else is waiting."
The fact that you are participating in this online Biblestudy says that YOU are tired of waiting. You wish to have the important answers of life, especially those that deal with God and eternity. You now have the first in a series of lessons which have been prepared and sponsored by Lutheran Hour Ministries. For 80 years, Lutheran Hour Ministries has been searching for and finding new way of communicating the Christian faith that are genuine, caring, and relevant. In these lessons we use modern stories to paint the pictures and communicate in contemporary ways.
