Responsibility - Please Read

Zehnder Travel Group, Inc. dba LutherTours, Newport Beach, California, hereinafter referred to as “the Operator”, acts as “agent” for you in making arrangements for tour services offered in this brochure, including transportation, sightseeing and hotel/lodge accommodation.

The air carriers, hotels/lodges, motor-coaches and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not principals, agents, employers, employees, masters, servants, epresentatives, partners or joint venturers of the Operator or its affiliates. The Operator is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of those independent contractors and is not liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Furthermore, the Operator is not liable for any act of God, acts of terrorism, war, defects in machinery, breakdown in equipment, weather, strikes, theft, change of fares or rates, delays, or cancellations. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by the Operator are subject to terms and conditions specified by supplier thereof, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are rendered.

If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Operator, the Operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services, when possible.

Any resulting additional expense will be payable by the tour participants and any resulting saving will be refunded by the Operator to tour participants. No further claim for reimbursement shall apply.

Waiver of Liability - Please Read Carefully

Travel involves inherent risks, which could cause bodily injury or financial damages from illness, accident, negligence, delay, deficient accommodations, food, or travel services, lost property, and other causes. If you elect to purchase the travel insurance offered by the trip sponsors, listed above, or other travel insurance, these risks will be covered in part.

By signing this document, you agree that you have been informed about travel risks, are being given the right to purchase travel insurance as part of this tour, and you assume all travel risks and agree to waive any and all claims for damages not covered by travel insurance, against Zehnder Travel Group/ LutherTours/ Christian Travel Planners and related sponsor organizations, including, but not limited to Radio Station KFUO, The Lutheran Church- Missouri Synod (a Missouri not-forprofit religious organization), its districts, congregations, subsidiaries, subdivisions, or affiliates, and any and all of their officers, directors, trustees, employees, contractors,
