Gift Ideas for Valentine's Day

3. Flowers are nice, but don't go for the usual. If you're a flower nut who sends flowers about every month...believe it or not...they might get tired of roses (you'll know you hit it when you walk into the flower shop, head towards the VIP lounge and the proprietor says, "The usual this time?"). Try something new! Try something daring! Try a bouquet!

4. Okay, so you're rich. You have nothing better to do with your money and you really want to show that special someone how much they mean to you. Perfume or cologne is nice. So is jewelry. Make sure that you are not trying to buy Love and everything will be alright. It's just one of those Valentine's Day taboos.

5. You're not rich. In fact, you're pretty darned broke. It's okay, most people don't like big expensive gifts anyway (or at least you don't have to think so until you're the CEO of your own company). Make something! Nothing says "I Love You" like a homemade something or another. Try making a video of yourself or your time together with your special person. Nothin' says loving like a home-baked goodie, so if you don't have the cash to buy chocolate, make some fudge.
